Directed strategic communications for a $10M church building campaign, including microsite content, multichannel marketing, video, social media, live events, leadership messaging, and media outreach. Authored the Journey Guide, a compelling narrative of the church’s history, progress, and vision and well as numerous other printed publications related to the campaign. 


NEW LIFE IN NORTH JACKSONVILLE
Comprehensive campaign launching new hospital

Contributed to planning, creative development, and campaign strategy for the launch of a new hospital serving North Jacksonville. The comprehensive campaign spanned multiple channels, including digital advertising, billboards, direct mail, radio, and community-facing materials.

The campaign received an Aster Award for healthcare marketing. The accompanying file is the award nomination submission prepared for consideration.

PUTTING A CHOMP ON DISEASE
Social Media Campaign

Oversaw development and execution of a social media campaign for a large academic health system, managing concept development, physician participation, content creation, and scheduling. The campaign leveraged the University of Florida affiliation and the popularity of the Florida Gators to drive engagement during peak football season.

The campaign reached more than 27,000 people and received an Aster Award for Healthcare Marketing. The accompanying file is the award nomination submission I prepared for consideration. 
JEA AT A GLANCE
Enterprise Data Consolidation & Reporting Strategy

JEA’s operational and system data had historically been reported annually and inconsistently across departments, limiting its usefulness for executives, media, and external stakeholders. I identified the issue and created JEA At a Glance, an enterprise-wide reporting framework that consolidated complex electric, water, wastewater, reuse, and district energy data into a clear, standardized format. I also transitioned the publication from annual to quarterly reporting, providing leadership, media, and the public with a more current, reliable snapshot of JEA’s operations. The publication replaced a fragmented network of data sources and remains in active use across the organization today.

Served as editor of Open Lines, a monthly employee magazine, overseeing content development, writing, editing, and overall editorial direction. Worked closely with a graphic designer on creative concepts, including visual selection and layout direction, to ensure consistency and clarity across each issue.
